To The Arneson Family: The loss of such a dear man, husband, father and grandfather is so hard to bear. So many memories to cherish, and hold dear. But you are all so blessed to have those memories to share. At Rev. 21:3,4 it reads: " And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore, the former things have passed away. My most sincere condolences to your family.

Dear Greg Arneson, You did a great job of sharing some things about Richard. I strive to have the same balance Richard had. Such as being playful but a go getter at the same time. By Richard's story I can til how hard he worked for his family.  I greatly empathize, and know how deep that pain feels. Please rely on God. He is the best one  to help you, as well as all  who mourn Richard get through this loss.  He even says he knows the very thoughts we are thinking , and longs for that peace he orginally  purposed for us.  This will be peace where calamity will be no more- Jeremiah29:10

Thank you once again Greg for posting Mr. Arneson's life story.

I didn't know your dad, but through your memoir, It became apparent that if I did, I too, would have found him to be honorable, humble and hilarious. Truly a great friend to be have and be around. Yes, he truly was someone to be respected and admired. Though he was strong in personality, his soft side of caring for all was his strongest feature. I pray that the family reflect on the words of our creator, that it is NOT in his heart to afflict or grieve men. (Lamentations 3:33}. He knows your pain, and he WILL give all peace and comfort that surpasses beyond your understanding. He promises to calm your hearts and give you hope for the future. Philippians 4:6,7
