Cindy Lynn Brashear
April 1 1961 - June 24 2005

This online memorial was created in loving memory of Cindy Brashear, whose life story is told throughout this memorial website. Cindy Brashear had been married for 25 years to her husband Gus Brashear, celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary on June 21, 2005. Cindy left behind 2 daughters, Amber(her husband Anthony) and Ashley. She had 2 grandchildren Zackary and Caitlin, as well as many other friends and family. Cindy was a friendly, warm and loving woman. She enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a wise woman who would give the best advice for any situation. She took pride in her work, prior to her passing she worked in banking for over 20 years. She loved working with her clients, and it was important for her to have their best interests at heart. She was a woman of faith, a devout Catholic who was never shy of speaking of her faith and praying with anyone, even strangers. Her personality was amazing, just like her husband she enjoyed telling jokes and making people laugh! She was a friend to many, always there to listen when someone needed a friend. She was a wonderful mother, who taught her daughters many things. Cindy was a very accomplished woman, well known through the banking industry and the community. She believed in the power of prayer and the rewards of Heaven, which she spoke of often. She had a weakness for makeup and Estee Lauder "Beautiful" perfume. Cindy will be missed by all! Her memory will forever be cherished! Cindy passed away on June 24, 2005 from injuries she received in a car accident on June 23, 2005 that also took her husband Gus' life. Although we will never get over the loss of Cindy and Gus, we will treasure all the memories we shared, and have faith that one day we will meet again! Please sign Cindy's guest book and let us know you came to visit. We will remember Cindy forever.
