My name is Alain Reyes and on June 30, 2008 my wife of 5 months, Angelica, had a brain aneurism. I have no regrets about how we spent our 3+ years together because we lived an amazing life together. I know I tried to do everything and anything to put a smile on her beautiful face. I love her with all of my heart, and we would express our love for each other everyday.
But there is one regret I must live with for the rest of my life and that is not knowing that something as simple as a headache can lead to her death.
On July 3, Angelica was pronounced brain-dead and is now looking down on me from Heaven. So if you or someone you know suffers from the occasional headache or migraine, please remember Angie (only 24 yrs old), take no chances and seek medical attention (CAT scan) before it’s too late.

The pain of losing a loved one is unbearable, but knowing it may have been prevented is a lifelong heart ache.
