Evan - Fall 2010 (Jean Klock Park - St. Joseph, MI)

This online memorial was created in loving memory of Evan Moeller, whose life story is told throughout this memorial website. Please sign Evan's guest book and let us know you came to visit. We will remember Evan forever.

Our precious son, Evan Michael Moeller, was taken from us on April 24, 2012, while at basketball practice.  He collapsed and never came back to us.  Evan was truly a shining star!  He touched everyone's lives that he came in contact with.  He was truly amazing....a great athlete - he played basketball, baseball, football, and golf...(could tell you the stats about any sports team/the athletes themselves, etc). Yet he was so special that he would cook w/me, loved to make sure that I was always happy, loved to get my favorite flowers, cuddle and watch tv w/me in the evenings.  We truly all had our special times with Evan. Evan loved to play golf with his dad (and he was getting quite good). He always wanted to hang out with Gabrielle, whatever she was doing, he loved his big sister! Evan and Mason would love to play cars together and set up nascar races.

We just moved to Arizona, mid-August 2011 from Michigan (all our family/friends were all back in Michigan), however this was a new chapter in our lives.  The kids were all so very excited.  Evan had an older sister (Gabrielle - 17 - who just graduated high school), and brother (Mason - 12).

Evan made so many new friends here at his new school, yet kept in touch with all of his good friends back in Michigan.  He became so close to all of his travel club basketball teammates, they were like a second family.  He loved the sport, and loved spending time with all of his teammates.

Evan will be in our hearts forever.....you will be missed and never ever forgotten!  We love you!

Gabrielle, Mason and Evan (Fall 2010 - St. Joseph, MI)

We spent alot of our free time at the beach, or out on the boat, alot of happy memories....

Evan always lived life to the fullest (loved the beach)

Balloon Ceremony at Evan's Service

A perfect way to send our perfect angel up to heaven.  All of his friends/classmates/family write messages on the balloons, then we all released them - it was an absolutely beautiful way to end the service.  Perfect for us and perfect for the children!

Evan's Classmates (4th grade) - Tree was donated in remembrance of Evan - a very special place for us (classmates) to go and think and have some quiet time (courtyard at the school).

I Wanted You To Know......

I Was Sitting Here In Heaven
And Having A Wonderful Day.
I Started Thinking About You
And All The Things I Didn’t Get A Chance To Say.
I Don’t Want You To Worry About Me
And Please Don’t Shed Any Tears,
... Because I Will Wait For You In Heaven,
If It Takes A Hundred Years.
Everything I Had On Earth
I Have In Heaven Too!
My First Day Here
My Body Became Brand New.
It Is Really Pretty Here
And I Love My New Home,
Although Your Heart Is Broken
Because My Body Is Gone.
My Love Will Always Be There
As You Go Along The Way,
Just Take A Peek Inside Your Heart
There Is Where I’ll Stay.
Know That I Loved My Family
And All My Friends Too,
My Thoughts Will Be With Each Of You
Your Whole Life Through.

Our Family

Our precious angel is now in heaven watching over all of us - til we meet again!

Love and miss you so very, very much!
