TO MY SPARKY YOU ARE NOT ONLY MY HUSBAND BUT MY BEST FRIEND YOU ARE MY HEART AND MY BREATH I WILL LOVE YOU ETERNALLY YOUR ETERNAL TEDDY BEAR THE DAY YOU TOLD ME YOU LOVED ME WAS THE HAPPIEST DAY OF MY LIFE AND I GAVE YOU MY HEART THAT DAY AND THE FIRST TIME YOU HELD ME IN YOUR ARMS I KNEW I WAS HOME AND IF HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS THEN MY HOME IS IN HEAVEN ETERNALLY

John was born in Norristown Pa to Annmarie and John Sr on Dec 4 1965 He grew up in Limerick Pa with 3 younger brothers, Brian,Joseph and Benjamin He enjoyed live steam trains, romantic nights ,dancing, music from various favorite singers(like phil collins, electric light orchestra, journey and stevie nicks to name a few).John dj'ed for many special occasions for many of the local fire companies.John was a talented woodworker in his spare time and he made many of the beautiful wood pieces in our home(even our headboard, footboard and open topped canopy for our bed)he made everything in heart shape because he knew i love hearts.I will treasure every piece he made because it was made out of love and care and he did it for me not himself.Just like he did everything else ...selflessly.He loved spending time with family and the various outings like trips to the shore, roadside america, jim thorpe pa,hershey pa,strausburg,pa,the pa grand canyon and most recently the last trip we took together as a family to gettysburg,pa(that was over 2 saturdays because there is so much to see -may 12th and may 19th 2006) he especially loved the train related trips if there was a train there he would find it! He was trained in the martial arts as a black belt,as a computer programmer, and was trained extensively in landscaping. He was also trained in the many facets of public serivce. His training included EMS First Responder,Fire Fighter,Fire Police Officer. He was also on a special team for the Limerick Generating Station and Chester County Pa's County wide Special Fire Police Task Force. He loved to help people and save lives. He was a member of The Forks Of The Brandywine Presbyterian Church and was also the web master for the church website He loved anything to do with nature especially thunderstorms and snow. Weather disaster movies were his favorites(like Twister,The Day After Tomorow, etc)Halloween,Christmas(esp this day and the music of the season like Mannheim Steamroller)New Years Eve(he loved to ring in the new year with family and friends),Valentines Day(he proposed that day) were his favorites.Like I said esp xmas. His mom's due date with him was xmas day he came 3 weeks to the day before xmas.I used to kid him it was because he was nosey and he wanted to see what the holiday was all about. He was the only one out of the 4 born during this special time of the year and I knowmit made him love it even more.He started decorating thanksgiving day (i dont rememeber a year where he wasn't freeezing his butt off outside hanging lights wether he was sick or not he was out there just doing his thing!!!

The text below is from the song Shine Your Light By Robbie Robertson From the movie: Ladder 49

The cry of the city like a siren's song Wailing over the rooftops the whole night long Saw a shooting star like a diamond in the sky Must be someone's soul passing by These are the streets Where we used to run where your Papa's from These are the days Where you become what you become These are the streets Where the story's told The truth unfolds Darkness settles in Shine your light down on me Lift me up so i can see Shine your light when you're gone Give me the strength To carry on, carry on Don't wanna be a hero Just an everyday man Trying to do the job the very best he can But now it's like living on borrowed time Out on the rim, over the line Always tempting fate like a game of chance Never wanna stick around to the very last dance Sometimes i stumble and take a hard fall Loose(?) hold your grip off the wall Shine your light down on me Lift me up so i can see Shine your light when you're gone Give me the strength to carry on Carry on I thought i saw him walking by the side of the road Maybe trying to find his way home He's here but not here He's gone but not gone Just hope he knows if I get lost Shine your light down on me Lift me up so i can see Shine your light when you're gone Give me the strength to carry on To carry on --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

John loved firefighting and firefighting movies.(Yes like Backdraft and Ladder 49) He was given a full fireman's funeral.(THAT I KNEW HE WOULDA LOVED)Thought this was appropriate to place on here.

Here are the lyrics to the song playing on all of these pages. It expresses exactly how I feel ONE MORE DAY BY DIAMOND RIO Last night I had a crazy dream A wish was granted just for me, It could be for anything I didn't ask for money Or a mansion in malibu I simply wished, for one more day with you Chorus One more day One more time One more sunset, maybe I'd be satisfied But then again I know what it would do Leave me wishing still, for one more day with you First thing I'd do, is pray for time to crawl Then I'd unplug the telephone And keep the tv off I'd hold you every second Say a million I love you's That's what I'd do. With one more day with you Chorus Leave me wishing still for one more day Leave me wishing still for one more day
