Home with Hank

What can we say about a man with a big heart and an always curious mind? A man of many words who was awed to silence by great beauty in nature and art? What can we say about a man who made so many people laugh with his clever wit and outright silliness, a man who was thoughtful and compassionate? We can say we love him and will love him forever. Hank was a devoted father, grandfather and great-grandfather, a caring cousin and dear uncle, a loyal friend, a dedicated worker, Rotarian, and philanthropist, and a loving husband for 59 years to his sweetheart, Sara. He is with us every moment.

When you walk through a storm, hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of the storm there's a golden sky
And the sweet, silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind, walk on through the rain,
Though your dreams be tossed and blown.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart,
And you'll never walk alone.
You'll never walk alone.
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart,
And you'll never walk alone.
You'll ne-ever walk alone.
